Responsibilities
Managing the acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets, including cell towers, across EU markets.
Leading acquisitions in multiple countries and supporting expansion into new jurisdictions.
Expanding Unison’s renewable energy business across Europe by working with landowners and renewable energy developers.
Driving transactions and contributing to business growth.
Collaborating closely with senior management, origination, pricing, and property management teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or renewable energy developer environment
Strong background in renewable energy and real estate transactions
Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce
Willingness to travel across Europe
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration skills
Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning
Proven ability to prioritize deal flow and apply sound business judgment
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills
Multilingual proficiency preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, respect for colleagues, and a positive sense of humor.
