- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and technical positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry communities, and referral programmes
- Deliver structured and consistent selection process to ensure fair and high-quality hiring decisions
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate effective hiring discussions with stakeholders
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and promote best hiring practices
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency
- Drive international hiring activities and employee mobility processes across European operations
- Coordinate employment compliance requirements for international assignments, including posted worker registrations, A1 certificates, local employment notifications, tax and employment documentation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and positive offer and hiring process
- Partner with the People team and managers to deliver structured onboarding experiences, contributing to early employee engagement and successful integration into the business
- Lead general mobility framework that ensures compliance with local employment regulation and provides a consistent employee experience
- Contribute to positioning the company as an employer
