Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA)
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA) at Quantum Metric, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting complex, high‑value sales opportunities across the region. Working in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives, you will engage with large, multinational organizations to help them transform how they understand and optimize digital customer experiences.
In this role, you will guide the technical strategy for enterprise deals, aligning Quantum Metric’s platform with strategic business initiatives. You will connect with diverse audiences—from digital and product teams to C‑level executives—positioning Quantum Metric as a critical component of enterprise digital transformation.
Solution Design: Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align Quantum Metric’s platform with high‑level business outcomes.
Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English and German; Experience:



4+ years in Enterprise Pre‑Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector.
Hands‑on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI‑based solutioning.
Experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms.
Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies.
Background in high‑growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting.
