The Expansion Account Representative is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving new revenue within a defined geography in the DACH region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing pipeline , and closing deals to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. You will work closely with a variety of industries and companies to sell the entire Autodesk platform as a sales generalist with help from overlay sales teams and subject matter experts.
Reporting to a Territory Sales Leader, you will collaborate closely with customer success, channel partners, renewals reps, technical sales, client services, product specialists, and marketing to grow new business and expand existing customer relationships.
This is a hybrid position hiring only in the Barcelona metropolitan area.

Drive net- new and expansion revenue within a your territory by focusing on customer value and Autodesk business outcomes
Build strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, technical sales, marketing, product specialists, and channel partners to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Navigate internal processes and resolve complex customer and commercial situations to progress deals to close
Apply financial acumen and value-based selling to position Autodesk as a trusted business partner and advisor
Effectively balance and progress multiple concurrent sales opportunities across varying deal sizes and sales cycles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
~5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, including selling complex, multi-solution technology offerings
~ Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a structured, metrics -driven sales environment that emphasizes strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration
