The Role
We're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help us find the talent that will shape Ringover's next chapter. You'll be working across our most business-critical hiring areas, Sales (AE, AM, BDR) and Care (CSM, Support), across multiple geographies including France, Spain, the UK, the US, and Colombia.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be sourcing candidates, running first calls, working on employer branding, and partnering closely with hiring managers to build the right processes. You'll learn fast, have real ownership from day one, and work in an environment where things move quickly.
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing & Pipeline




- Proactively hunt for talent on LinkedIn and other platforms, build pipelines before we need them
- Triage inbound applications and identify the strongest fits quickly and fairly
- Run intro calls to pre-screen candidates against clear criteria, and give them a great first impression of Ringover

Supporting Hiring Managers
- Partner with Sales and Care managers to write solid hiring briefs and define their adecuado candidate persona
- Help review and improve scorecards to ensure we're evaluating candidates consistently and fairly
- Be a trusted sparring partner for managers who want to hire well, not just hire fast

Employer Branding & Events
- Contribute to our employer brand strategy, how we show up on LinkedIn, at events, on campuses
- Help organize and run recruiting events targeting candidates and students
- Think creatively about how we can stand out in competitive talent markets
