The Position

As our Learning and Business Operations Coordinator, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional Business Support and Event/Workshop Coordination. Alongside this core responsibility, you will actively support our team in smooth Training Management operations and compliance-driven Documentation Management. Utilizing your consolidated expertise across various corporate tools and processes,



you will directly contribute to the success of our General Customer Support organization, course participants, trainers, and internal customers, ensuring our global and local teams are supported efficiently every day.

Your Responsibilities
Business Support
- Event & Workshop Management: You will be the mastermind behind our GCS events and workshops. You will coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, accommodation arrangements, and vendor management, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to bring event specifications to life
