Plans and oversees technical setups, installations and rehearsals to ensure full readiness before going live.
Manages scenic builds, co‑props, rigging and special technical installations in line with production briefs.
Supervises audio, lighting, video, LED, and staging operations across all live events and productions.
Operates as the main point of escalation for technical issues during live events, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Negotiates supplier pricing and manages technical budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
Proven experience in technical production management within nightlife, live events or touring environments is preferred.
Deep understanding of audio, lighting, video, LED, and staging systems across large‑scale productions.
Knowledge of networking, media servers and timecode systems is preferred.




Experience with Vectorworks or similar technical drawing and planning tools is preferred.
Solid supplier management skills with experience negotiating pricing and managing production partners.
Versátil availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the rhythm of Destino Five Ibiza.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
Must hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
