Job Description Join our dynamic privacy team at Sportradar and play a crucial role at the intersection of technology, sports, and law. Position Type : Fixed Term Contract6 Months (Maternity Cover)
Draft and negotiate data protection agreements with clients and vendors, working closely with Senior Privacy Leads. Key focus areas include data processing agreements, joint controllership agreements, and AI-related clauses in commercial contracts.




Maintenance and updates of data protection agreements templates in close collaboration with various Product and other operational teams, Legal team and Security team.
Collaborate with Privacy team members to deliver strategic privacy guidance to Product teams and operational stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, from initial concept through implementation. Provide regular privacy consultations to ensure data protection requirements are embedded in new initiatives.
Process and manage data subject access requests, ensuring timely responses and compliance with privacy regulations.
Doing research on legislative developments and requirements in the privacy and data protection area in jurisdictions where Sportradar operates, incl North and South America.
Providing support and advice on any processes involving negotiation of data protection agreements, including vendor contract management.
Supporting the Privacy and AI Governance Analyst on privacy by design and privacy impact assessments, including providing privacy
