Manage the entire product life cycle for the portfolio, including hardware and software.
Lead market intelligence analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap, including new developments, enhancements, and phase‑outs.
Prioritize and oversee product development in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Continuously improve product management processes and tools such as configurators, training, and lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
~ Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.g., MBA) preferred.
~Proven ability to influence and work with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams across geographies and time zones.
~ Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development.
~ High level of fluency in English.
