Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a Guest Assistant / Telephone Operator to join our Front Office team. You will be the welcoming voice of the hotel, handling calls and guest requests with warmth and professionalism to ensure a memorable stay.
This full-time role offers rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and collaboration across Front Office, Reservations, and Concierge. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Opera PMS experience a plus.
