PowerUp is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a integral technology company operating one of the world’s leading mobile advertising and monetization platforms. The business processes billions of daily transactions across mobile advertising, user acquisition and monetization, serving thousands of app developers worldwide. Following continued growth, the company is looking to appoint a senior technology executive to lead the next phase of platform innovation, data strategy and engineering excellence.
The Opportunity This executive will own the technology and data vision for a large-scale mobile growth platform, spanning advertising exchange technology, ad mediation, machine learning, data science and user acquisition products.
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will lead a highly experienced technology organization of approximately 130 engineers and data specialists across multiple European locations.
Define and execute the long-term technology and data strategy.
Lead Engineering,



Data Science and Technical Leadership teams.
Drive innovation across machine learning, advertising technology and large-scale distributed systems.
Partner closely with Product and Commercial leaders to translate business strategy into platform capabilities.
Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation, quality and delivery.
Guide architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure, AI, data platforms and advertising technologies.
Executive leadership experience as Chief Digital Officer, Chief Data Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Data Science Officer or equivalent.
Deep understanding of data science, machine learning and AI-driven products.
Experience managing senior engineering and technical leaders.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align technology strategy with business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
