Your potential is our inspiration.## Where You’ll Make a Difference• Support the R&D; Delivery Systems team in daily laboratory and pilot plant activities. • Assist with sample preparation, basic testing, and routine analyses. • Help maintain equipment, materials, and lab organization. • Participate in small‐scale trials under guidance from senior team members. • Collect and record data in an accurate and reliable manner. • Support technology transfer tasks between lab, pilot plant, and production teams. • Follow safety procedures and good laboratory practices.## What Makes You the Right Fit• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biotechnology, or a closely related field. • Strong motivation to learn and apply scientific and technical knowledge. • Basic laboratory skills and comfort working with scientific or processing equipment. • Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and document work clearly. • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. • Team‐focused mindset wit
