We are currently looking to appoint a Recruiter in our Polish, UK or Danish Office. This role will be based in our office (Szczecin, Lowestoft or Fredericia) and will be responsible for ensuring fast turnaround during the recruitment of Wind Turbine Technicians. Being an integral part of our Global HR Team, this role will support in ensuring continuous improvement of all aspects of our talent acquisition processes and activities.



The main focus of the role is to act as a driver and coordinator of recruitment arising from sales opportunities, alongside supporting our operations divisions and business units with operational recruitment performance and talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities will include a variety of recruitment tasks including: actively recruiting, stakeholder management, recruitment processes and employer branding. The role will also be accountable for the development, maintenance and ongoing management of our candidate database; managing incoming online applications, utilising social media and advertising campaigns to attract new candidates and ensuring an up‑to‑date short list of qualified candidates with appropriate skills and experience within the Wind sector are available to fulfil recruitment requests.
