TakeTalent partners with PharmaMar in the search for an International Commercial Training Associate Director to support successful product launches, strengthen competitive readiness, and drive commercial excellence through best-in-class training programs. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Medical Training teams, this role will transform complex scientific information into impactful learning experiences that enhance the effectiveness of PharmaMar's international commercial organization. PharmaMar is committed to innovation in oncology and biotechnology, developing differentiated therapies that improve patients' lives. This position will play a key role in building the capabilities of international commercial teams, ensuring launch readiness, and supporting business growth across integral markets.
What will you do?
Continuously review and analyze new clinical data, scientific publications, competitor developments, and key insights from major medical congresses.
Translate scientific findings into clear, practical, and commercially relevant training materials.




Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Medical Training and Marketing teams to develop congress debriefs and customer-focused scientific education initiatives.
Lead onboarding programs for new commercial hires across PharmaMar's international markets.
Design and deliver training programs covering disease-state knowledge, product expertise, competitive landscape understanding, and customer engagement.
Develop and implement Sales Excellence programs to strengthen field force capabilities and performance.
Build and manage an international train-the-trainer model, training HQ teams and local champions to cascade learning effectively across country organizations.
Monitor the quality, consistency, and execution of training programs across international markets and PharmaMar affiliates.
Develop capability-building initiatives focused on communication, influence, presentation, negotiation, and customer
