Responsibilities:
Proactively track and monitor ongoing campaigns across all departments, actively engaging with teams to ensure accurate and timely information gathering.
Develop engaging internal communications (e.g., newsletters, videowall content, corporate emails for our integral network) and external communications (e.g., LinkedIn posts, press releases, articles) based on gathered campaign insights.




Monitor company news and employee‑related updates to propose and implement initiatives that foster inter‑departmental collaboration and enhance newsletter engagement.
Manage employee interview processes, including script development, directing filmmakers, and overseeing post‑production.
Execute and project manage diverse internal and external events (e.g., sponsorship activations on campus or external venues) based on provided briefings, acting as a pivotal coordinator for all teams, ensuring precise information flow, and guaranteeing flawless execution with meticulous attention to detail.
Cultivate and maintain fluid relationships with other agencies within the group to ensure comprehensive communication coverage and foster mutual visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Communication or a related field (completed).
