In this interactive role, you will deliver professional food and beverage service across various outlets. Specifically, you will welcome guests, take orders, advise on menu items, process payments, and set up tables following strict resort standards. By doing so, you will ensure an extraordinary dining experience across every shift.

Your primary goal involves driving Food & Beverage success across our 5-star dining venues. To achieve this,



you will deliver personalized guest service. At the same time, you will keep dining areas pristine and well-stocked. Therefore, you will take orders, suggest menu items, manage point-of-sale billing, and prepare tables according to protocol. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury hospitality.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service & Order Taking: Welcome, escort, advise, and serve guests across hotel outlets. Furthermore, take orders accurately and suggest complementary food and beverage items.
- Table Setup & Area Prep: Prepare and set tables following Fuerte Group protocols. In addition, inspect table elements to ensure full compliance with luxury presentation standards.
