We are currently looking for a Plant Manager Responsible for two manufacturing facilities within the Group, Balsareny and Parets.
POSITION MISSION To provide full operational leadership for two manufacturing plants of IBERIA (Parets del Vallés and Balsareny), ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People objectives through effective leadership, outstanding organizational skills and strong coordination of the management teams across both locations.
Lead the overall operations of both manufacturing sites, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, service, productivity and financial objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across both plants.
Ensure compliance with health, safety,



quality and food safety standards, promoting a culture of prevention, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Oversee the financial performance of both sites, managing budgets, profitability and operational efficiency while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and sustainable growth.
Lead organizational transformation by supporting the implementation of new technologies, systems and ways of working that strengthen business performance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Operations, or similar)
~5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations
~ Proven leadership experience at plant or operations level
~ A minimum C1 level of English is required
~ The adecuado candidate is committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality, and safety.
