B. Qualification
Essential Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Business Management or related discipline.
Additional (desired) academic Qualifications MBA in Sales, Marketing or Business Management preferred
C. Nature / Type of Experience Required
- B2B sales within specialty chemicals, pigments, coatings, plastics, inks or related industries (Preferable - Coatings).
- Key account management.
- Customer relationship management.

D. Additional requirements:
- Willingness to travel upto 50% of the time
- Fluency in English

E. Job Purpose:
To drive profitable sales growth within the assigned territory by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share and delivering sustainable value for customers and Sudarshan.
F. Duties/Responsibilities/Activities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve annual sales, volume and market share targets for the assigned territory.




- Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with European business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, application areas and customer segments.
- Develop and implement account development plans for key customers.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through commercial closure.
- Drive customer approvals and commercialization of new products.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and future opportunities.
- Develop customer intimacy and position Sudarshan as a preferred business partner.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns through cross-functional coordination.
