ROLE: Danish-Speaking Customer Success Specialist
We are currently looking for a new fluent speaking Danish speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our team. Being fluent in Danish & English languages (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills and previous experience in customer service is essential,



as you will be responsible for providing our DK customers with outstanding customer service experience. This position will be at the heart of the operation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing fantastic customer service experience for our DK-based customers. The job involves managing client applications, maintaining and developing existing customer relations and replying to enquiries.
- Customer Support. Managing and maintaining existing customer relations and replying to all income and outcoming enquiries via email, chat and phone
- Loan administration. Including but not limited to reviewing applications, making lending decisions, verifying customer information, and ensuring information accuracy as well as compliance with relevant regulations
