We are looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. You will handle everything from troubleshooting day‑to‑day IT issues to managing critical infrastructure, including network connectivity, endpoint security, and device management.
Handling Helpdesk Tickets
IT support for office infrastructure - WiFi, Network Connectivity
You will also collaborate with the wider integral team to streamline operating procedures and enhance the experience for IT users
Experience of helpdesk and desktop support
An understanding of Local Area Networking including WiFi and related security concepts
Some experience with supporting the following applications Okta, Google Suite Workspace, Tempworks or any ATS
