About The Job Job purpose We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our AXA GO Gen AI CoE. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, data scientists, engineers, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and integration capabilities.
Performance Tracking: Follow metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.
Documentation & Training: Oversee the creation of product and technical documentation, the code sharing strategy and implementation guides to support integration within business units.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectors.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, data integration,



and business processes, especially ithe insurance sector.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
