What will you do?
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our SaaS product.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the company, ensuring our products continuously meet their evolving requirements.
