Every product is crafted with care, expertise and the finest ingredients.We are currently looking for a Plant Manager Responsible for two manufacturing facilities within the Group, Balsareny and Parets.POSITION MISSIONTo provide full operational leadership for two manufacturing plants of IBERIA (Parets del Vallés and Balsareny), ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People objectives through effective leadership, outstanding organizational skills and strong coordination of the management teams across both locations.Lead the overall operations of both manufacturing sites, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, service, productivity and financial objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.* Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing,
