Handling all aspects of local market client campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
Monitoring internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations
Control campaign timelines and annual forecasts
Managing, monitoring, and updating all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients
Control of budgets & scope of work




Assisting with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function by managing agreed budgets and administrative tasks
Coordinating between Project/Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client and agencies
Managing end-to-end AV, Print and Digital adaptation processes including liaison with internal teams, media agencies and clearance bodies
Managing workload effectively and highlighting to their line manager if support is required to ensure successful completion of a project
Supporting/training Account Managers/Account Executives in the team, pro-actively leading the teams to ensure they perform to the best of their ability
Following agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools
and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients
Highlighting and escalating quality control issues
Good social skills
~ 5 years of experience working in a TV, print, or digital production role
