The Role As a Development Project Manager at Bob W, you will lead the expansion of our aparthotel portfolio across Southern Europe and beyond. You will work closely with landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate technical lease details, manage budgets, and safeguard project timelines. This is a high-impact, collaborative role within our rapidly growing Real Estate function, allowing you to leverage your deep industry experience to drive strong ROI on every single build.
Your core focus will centre on project managing these aparthotel developments smoothly from inception to launch. To achieve this,

Lead and track construction and renovation projects across Europe from lease signing to opening.
Collaborate with landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
Review lease annexes, provide technical input, and support CAPEX planning.
