We are looking for an L2 Platform Operations Engineer – MuleSoft (Europe Shift) to join our teams and work with a leading international client, supporting business-critical MuleSoft platform operations in a general multi-cloud environment.
Govern and oversee L2 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
Perform platform analysis and operational troubleshooting activities.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.




Assist with deployment, release, and change implementation activities.
Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
Drive production support meetings and operational reviews.
Support Flex Gateway platform setup and operations.
Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
~3 to 5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (not API development).
~ Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Omni Gateway / Flex Gateway.
~ Strong experience with Terraform.
~ Experience working with GitHub.
~ Basic knowledge of AWS.
~ Basic knowledge of Azure.
~ Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
~ Availability for short-term travel or relocation when required.

Additional experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway.
Knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, and JSON.
Basic networking knowledge including Virtual IPs, Firewal
