Scope of the job: a brief description of your role as a general
At Mahle SBS a Customer Service Representative provides technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone. Addresses, responds and resolve to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance. Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs.
Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.
High School graduate or Higher
MS Office Package / MS Dynamics 365 / SAP
Spanish (Native) / English (Proficient)
