At Factorial we're looking for a Partner Strategic Development Manager to help us scale our strategic partnerships ecosystem to the next level.
You will be the key link between our most strategic partners and Factorial's internal teams — activating commercial networks, developing high-value relationships, and building a scalable engine for lead generation within our partner ecosystem.
THE ROLE The Partner Strategic Development Manager does not manage individual opportunities. Their focus is on building commercial ecosystems — activating networks, developing champions, and making each partner a sustainable source of lead generation.
Partner Development & Strategy
Design and execute quarterly business plans for each strategic partner.
Define growth, activation, and pipeline generation objectives by partner and business unit.
Adapt commercial strategies to the needs and maturity of each partner's commercial structure.
Commercial Network Activation
Increase the number of active commercial profiles within each partner.




Maximize the volume and quality of qualified leads produced by the partner network.
Ensure sustained adoption of the partnership within the partner's commercial organization.
Build strong relationships with commercial leads, branch managers, regional directors, and segment leaders.
Commercial Enablement
Ensure the partner's commercial network has the knowledge and tools to generate quality leads consistently.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, focus days, and joint actions.
Analysis & Reporting
Monitor the evolution of the commercial network across partner organizations.
Analyze performance by office, management unit, and segment.
Develop strategic recommendations based on data.
Lead periodic business reviews with strategic partners.
Native Spanish speaker with at least B1 English.
Previous experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Sales — experience in SaaS or digital environments is a strong plus.
