Responsibilities
carry out the guided tours
oversee mailbox and answer inquiries for guided tours
administrate and manage all incoming requests (mail/telephone)
collaborate in the development of the materials and speeches for the guided tours
acquire knowledge and history related to the stock market and its surroundings (Stock Exchange Palace)
support the event managers in all aspects of event management (planning, preparing, execution, event material, invitation and registration management, etc.)
provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work
on‑site support at events
Requirements
studies in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Business Administration or Event Organization
ability to work in a dynamic and integral environment with excellent organizational and communication skills
strong organizational skills and personal flexibility
willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills
very good level of spoken and written English and Spanish (B2 minimum)
experience in hosting virtual events is an advantage
