Role Mission
Transform production processes, focusing your activity on improving productivity, quality, safety, and process costs, while always ensuring compliance with current regulations.




What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Analyze and document quality incidents, develop corrective action proposals, and implement those actions.
- Participate in the factory's continuous improvement program, attending daily meetings to monitor the relevant processes assigned by the manager.
- Monitoring process indicators, analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing proposals for action to the manager, and implementing them according to the manager's guidelines.
- Performing tasks associated with factory projects, according to established deadlines and costs.
- You will have three reporting lines: to the factory engineering manager, the production area, and your direct manager.
- Knowledge and application of work standards (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, etc.) according to defined procedures.
- Compliance with and monitoring of established quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental stand
