As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate Guest Service Agent to join our team at Aethos Mallorca.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction is warm, seamless, and memorable. Working closely with the Front Office team, you will anticipate guests’ needs, provide personalized service, and help deliver the outstanding hospitality that defines the Aethos experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage guest communications before, during, and after their stay via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Ensure a seamless guest journey by responding promptly to enquiries, requests, and special arrangements with a personalized approach.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
