What You’ll Do
At Frekuent, data isn’t a support function, it’s how we make decisions. As our Analytics Engineer , you’ll sit at the intersection of data and business:



turning questions from across the company into clear, reliable answers, and building the foundations that make every team smarter. You’ll have a real impact from day one.
- Be the data partner for Commercial, Operations Product, and Leadership teams understanding their questions and turning them into data deliverables that actually get used.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Help define and implement our data models and data warehouse layer.
- Build and maintain ELT pipelines to support analytics needs across the company.
- Set up monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure data you publish is data people can trust.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive data tasks, and surface insights faster across the business.
