The Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) has long been the backbone of agency–airline settlement, processing over USD 230 billion annually and serving as the industry’s most efficient and trusted payment channel. Its share of integral passenger sales is declining,



signaling the need for a renewed strategic focus to protect its relevance and unlock new growth. Within this transformation, the Senior Manager, BSP Growth Operationswill play a critical role in shaping and executing domestic BSP expansion, working closely with airlines, country managers, and local stakeholders to deliver successful market implementations. In parallel, the role will actively monitor BSP sales performance,identifyingrisks of declining SCU volumes amongparticipatingairlinesand driving targeted actions toretainand recover volumes. Monitor and analyze SCU performance acrossparticipatingairlines,identifyingtrends, risks, and opportunities for growth or recovery.
Engage with airlines, with the collaboration of Regional and Local offices, to address declines in BSP-reported sales, developing and implementing actions toretainvolumes and prevent further leakage.
