The Role We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to help scale a partnerships function that is a core growth engine for the business. You'll own a portfolio of partners, running the full lifecycle from prospecting through activation and ongoing performance management. Creative in how you find and activate partners: comfortable testing new channels and approaches rather than relying only on the obvious, well-trodden ones
Continuously review partner performance and make the call on where to double down or terminate
commissions, pricing, contract terms, within company guidelines
Design and deliver onboarding, training, and enablement so partners can effectively sell Marfeel
Plan and run joint marketing activities with partners: webinars, co-marketing content, case studies
Contribute to forecasting and reporting on partnership pipeline and performance
Established network and credibility in the digital publishing or media industry, ideally with existin
