This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite minimum 3 days per week in Madrid, Spain office.

The Omnichannel Content Manager plays a key role in enabling effective, customer-centric engagement by partnering closely with Brand Teams to translate brand objectives into integrated omnichannel execution. Combining strategic marketing understanding with digital and content expertise,



the role helps identify and implement the most effective channel mix, content approach, and customer engagement tactics to maximize reach, relevance, and impact. Through the effective use of available general capabilities and best practices, the Omnichannel Content Specialist supports business objectives while accelerating the affiliate's transformation towards a more mature omnichannel operating model.
Working in close collaboration with Brand Teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the Omnichannel Content Specialist (Manager) supports the planning, adaptation, optimization, and deployment of content across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. While brand strategy ownership remains within the Brand Team, this role provides expert guidance on digital engagement, content utilization, and omnichannel execution to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience.
