About the role
The Strategic Operations Manager will work as the right hand to our Chief of Staff, supporting the Strategic Operations function and keeping Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Engineering, and Marketing aligned, moving, and accountable. This is a high-impact, company-wide role at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You will be the connective tissue between teams, the person who turns decisions into action plans,



and the one who leads our security certifications programme. You will also engage directly with strategic clients when needed. If you thrive where no two days look the same and take pride in making a fast-moving organisation run well, this role is for you.
What you'll do
Cross-functional operations (core)
Support the Strategic Operations function, translating company priorities into structured plans across Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Engineering, and Marketing
Facilitate cross-team rituals: planning cycles, OKR reviews, syncs, and leadership forums
Track and surface cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers before they become problems
Own the operational cadence of the company: agendas, action items, follow-ups, and decision logs
Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and status updates for leadership and the board
Engage directly with strategic clients where relevant, including support to PoCs a
