The Ocean Operations Specialist manages maritime shipments, coordinates with carriers and internal teams, ensures documentation accuracy, and monitors the shipment process to guarantee efficient and timely delivery.
Prepare documentation, dock receipts, bills of lading, export declarations.File SED's (Shippers Export Declarations)
Provide accounting department with proper and correct billing information.
Knowledge of the Import/Export industry preferred.
High level of English
Fluent English and Spanish required.
