Job Description
As the Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key player in supporting our leader in managing and growing our diverse businesses. The role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is adept at navigating the nuances of international business relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including schedule management and coordination of international meetings.
- Communicate and deal effectively with general clients, understanding and adapting to different cultural contexts
- Serve as a liaison, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions, both locally and internationally.




- Develop and present business presentations to a global audience.
- Lead and encourage a team environment that values intellect, positivity, and cultural sensitivity.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Make independent, culturally informed decisions in a dynamic business context.

Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with international exposure.
- Energetic, motivated, with a strong intellectual capacity.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
- Proficient in business software and presentation tools.
