What you´ll do
- Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new cust
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
- Executes pricing actions
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
- Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints
- Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account
- Ensures sales strategies with sustainability goals
- Monitors competitor activities , pricing. positioning
- Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in technical management/engineering, preferably in chemical engineering
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in similar position, preferably with OEMs or Tier1
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills are required, French and Portuguese is a big advantage
- Technical expertise to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Effective communication skills for conveying technical information and building client relationships
- Strong presentation skills, delivering message to top management level
- Problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and find customer-centric solutions
- Solid sales skills, including outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams for a cohesive work environment
- Experience working with databases and knowledge of MS Office
- Driving licence category B
- Territory: Vigo (Galicia) area and Mangualde (Portugal) - residency in the Vigo area
