- Solid experience leading multidisciplinary teams in international EPC projects (at least 10 years) developing technically capable teams across sites, ensuring the right expertise is aligned to business priorities and project needs;
- Direct experience across multiple technical disciplines, including electrical, instrumentation and control, process engineering (P&ID;), mechanical engineering, and EPC project management, providing a deep understanding of interfaces and technical requirements that enhances the management of complex systems;
- Participation in the full technical lifecycle from conceptual design to start‑up;
- Provide leadership on complex, ambiguous technical problems, driving resolution and enabling timely, high-quality decisions;
- Build and scale effective work processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across functions or business units;
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting problem solving, technical growth, and clear career development pathways;
- Establish and manage resource allocation, staffing,



and project prioritization to optimize delivery against cost and timing targets;
