About the Role
We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to scale Murphy. We need someone to deploy into new territory, impose order on chaos, and stand up the operation — then do it again in the next market. You'll own the expansion playbook,



partners and vendors, product quality and enable x1,000 growth of the company that proved its product-market-fit. This is a founder's right hand on execution and operations, with outsized leverage over where the company goes.
Murphy builds AI voice agents that collect overdue debt for banks: more recovered, faster, cheaper, fully compliant, and respectful to the debtor. We're live with Santander, Revolut, BBVA and dozens others. We've proven the product in large-scale pilots with top-tier banks — now we're taking it into every market and every adjacent business, and we need someone to own that expansion end to end.
