Sales Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Low Voltage IEC motors within the designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
This role is contributing to Motion - Induction Motors in Center Spain, with focus on Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to customers about details related to delivery time,
payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value propositions to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Demonstrating a Hunter profile : proactive in prospecting, opening new accounts, generating new opportunities, and adding value throughout the sales process.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
