Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Development & Lifecycle Engineer to join AUTIS's Product Owners Department. The selected candidate will play a key role in defining, implementing, and continuously improving the processes, methodologies, and documentation required for the development of new and existing products throughout their entire lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners and the organization's various technical departments to ensure the proper definition, traceability, and maintenance of all information associated with product development,



from the identification of needs and requirements through to the validation, launch, and evolution of solutions. Their main mission will be to contribute to the professionalization and standardization of product development processes at AUTIS, ensuring the application of common methodologies and complete traceability between requirements, design, development, validation, and documentation. The idóneo candidate will combine a solid engineering background with excellent organizational and communication skills, being able to coordinate information from multiple technical disciplines and transform it into structured standards and documentation that enable the product development processes within AUTIS to scale and become more professional.
