About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work at the heart of our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to support one of Europe’s most exciting AI companies during a pivotal stage of growth.
What you'll do
- Act as right-hand support to the CEO, with additional coordination across the executive leadership team
- Protect leadership time by managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars, priorities, and high-volume inboxes with autonomy
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visa logistics
- Prepare briefing notes, board materials, presentations, agendas, and meeting follow-ups




- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead high-impact operational and strategic projects on behalf of the executive team
- Support employer branding and culture by co‑leading engagement events, offsites, and milestone celebrations
- Be a key presence in our offices, working on‑site when needed

What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years supporting founders, CEOs, or C-level executives in a high-growth startup, scale‑up, technology company, consulting environment, or fast‑paced corporate setting
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, constantly‑changing environments with ambiguity and urgency
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong prioritisation instincts — you know what matters, what can wait, and what needs action now
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional when handl
