About the Role

We're looking for a native English-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales team.

This is a 100% outbound hunting role . You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through multi-channel outreach, creating new business opportunities for the Account Executive team.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys prospecting, is resilient, highly organised, and motivated by exceeding targets.

What You'll Do

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects against the Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP).
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to optimise messaging and campaign performance.
- Continuously test and improve prospecting strategies.
