We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, helping us attract and hire multilingual talent for our contact center operations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for customer service and back-office positions.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, universities, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct telephone and video interviews.
Assess candidates' skills, motivation, language proficiency, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the selection process.




Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and networking events when required.
Previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Technician, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar recruitment role.
Fluent English and French (spoken).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
Spanish language skills.
Academic background or knowledge in Human Resources .
Previous recruitment experience within the Contact Center / BPO / Customer Experience industry.
