Scopely is looking for a Global Health & Safety Partner to join our People team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis working 2 days a week from the hub. This is a fixed term contract of 8 months, maternity cover assignment.

What You Will Do
As the Global Health & Safety Partner, you will help drive and maintain Scopely’s integral workplace health, safety, and emergency preparedness programs. You’ll partner closely with Facilities, Security, People, and Leadership teams to ensure our employees feel safe, supported, and prepared across our global offices.
This role combines operational execution, compliance oversight, employee wellbeing, and cross‑functional collaboration.



You will play a key role in supporting Scopely’s duty of care commitments while helping foster a positive and people‑first workplace experience.
Health & Safety Operations & Compliance
- Lead and maintain Scopely’s global Health & Safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Drive the global H&S; governance framework, annual roadmap, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety regulations and duty of care obligations across office locations
- Coordinate global standards while ensuring local regulatory adaptation and compliance in partnership with local teams and external providers
- Help drive global safety standards, best practices, and governance initiatives
- Partner with Legal, Facilities, and Security teams to address compliance and operational safety matters
