Description
We’re looking for a relationship‑driven, insight‑led consultant/Practice Transformation Manager (PTM) for the North of Spain. Along with the regional sales teams, you will partner with Orthodontic practices and Doctors and help them grow, streamline operations, and elevate their patient experience. If you enjoy solving business challenges, guiding teams through change, and building strategic partnerships, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make real impact. This is a role in our sales team and you will have sales targets.

Support Practice Optimization
Assess practice workflows, KPIs, patient journey, and resource use to identify growth opportunities.
Turn data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Guide practices through process improvements and change initiatives.
Support teams in maximizing Invisalign and iTero usage.
Build Strategic Customer Relationships
Become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across each practice.
Co-create growth plans and uncover new business opportunities.




Address customer needs proactively and bring customer insights back to the organization.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Regional teams to build customer-focused strategies.
Coordinate internal support for practice transformation.
Share insights and contribute to regional/national projects.
What We're Looking For
~3–5 years of experience in sales, with cross functional functions
~ Strong communication and presentation skills.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
~ Analytical mindset with a practical, solution-focused approach.
~ Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
~ Sales or commercial experience is a plus.
~ LEAN or Six Sigma certification is a plus, but not mandatory
~ Fluent in English.
~ Fluent in Spanish
