Job Mission The Communications Coordinator plays a key role in enabling the successful delivery of BCE's internal and external communications activities. Acting as the central point of coordination within the Communications team, this role ensures projects, campaigns, content initiatives, and communication channels are effectively planned, organized, and executed.
Working closely with the Communications Manager, E-learning & Engagement Specialist, and Senior Creative Designer, the role is responsible for driving project follow-up, maintaining content pipelines, identifying storytelling opportunities across the business, supporting thought leadership and social media initiatives, and delivering reporting and administrative support.




The Communications Coordinator helps transform communication plans into action, ensuring stakeholders remain engaged, deadlines are met, content opportunities are captured, and communication activities deliver maximum impact. Through strong organizational skills, digital expertise, and an AI-first mindset, the role contributes to the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of BCE's Communications function.
Duties & Responsibilities Communications Project Management
Own and maintain the internal communications, external communications, and social media content calendars, using our project management platform (Monday.com), ensuring projects, timelines, stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables are accurately tracked and managed.
Translate communication plans and requests into clear project plans, with defined tasks, deadlines, ownership, and approval processes.
