Are you passionate about fashion and customer experience?
We are looking for an enthusiastic English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support customers through different communication channels while delivering an outstanding service experience and helping customers make the best purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries from new and existing customers
- Manage orders, exchanges, returns, and product-related requests accurately and efficiently
- Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and other contact channels
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Maintain updated customer information in internal systems and CRM tools
- Build strong customer relationships to increase engagement and satisfaction

- Comfortable using PC systems and CRM platforms

Candidate Profile
- C2 level of English
- Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude

- Organized, reliable, and customer-oriented profile

What We Offer
- 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00
- On-site position in Barcelona
- Temporary 2-month contra
